Lead daily restaurant operations, manage a team of dedicated staff, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You'll be the heartbeat of our location, upholding quality standards and driving performance.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and scheduling
- Food safety certification preferred
Craft authentic, fresh pizzas using our signature recipes and premium ingredients. You'll be responsible for maintaining consistent quality in every pie from dough prep to final bake.
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience a plus
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Deliver hot, fresh pizzas to our customers with a smile. You'll represent the Pizza Ranch brand as the final touchpoint of the customer experience, ensuring orders arrive accurately and on time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with local Bettendorf area
Be the friendly face and voice of Pizza Ranch. You'll handle in-store orders, phone calls, and ensure every customer interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Enthusiastic and customer-first mindset
Manage and execute catering orders for corporate events, parties, and special occasions. You'll coordinate with clients, kitchen staff, and drivers to deliver flawless experiences every time.
- Event planning or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong client communication abilities
- Proficient with scheduling software
